Old Age is NOT for Sissies
Betty Davis is credited with a quote, "Old age isn’t for sissies.” Isn’t that the truth. As we age we face many changes to our bodies, our mental state of mind and our general happiness in life. We lose longtime friends, beloved spouses, and family members. It is not an easy path. Yet, there are still so many ways to find joy while working within the limitations you have. We offer many fun actives, plus trips to help keep you active. Stop by the Center and see what we have for YOU!!!

    Fitness Center Safety
Please do not workout alone in the "Fitness Center” always have someone there for your SAFETY and their SAFETY. SAFETY FIRST.
