Exercise Class Changes
Due to the climbing COVID numbers, all in-house exercise classes have been cancelled for the month of February. Classes can be found on Facebook Live as scheduled on Mondays & Wednesday.
  • Stretch & Move: 8:30 am to 9:30 am
  • Gentle Exercise: 9:45 am to 10:45 am
Ticket Pricing beginning February 2021 is:
  • $2.00 per class
  • $10.00 per month
  • $100.00 per year
