Homebound Meals

HOMEBOUND MEALS program provides balanced, hot meals to home bound persons. Some receive cold meals so that they will have food available in the evening or weekends also.

These meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen and delivered to eligible seniors. We are the "Hometown Provider" of home-delivered meals for the Seaford zip code.

We provide this service for Medicaid waiver clients as well as those who are "Private Pay" or who are paying themselves. Please speak to our outreach specialist to see how we can create a plan that works best for you or your loved one.
We deliver up to (7) nutritious meals a week. We deliver three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to eligible individuals who live within the Seaford zip code. If you or someone you know is eligible for our Homebound Meal Program, call us at 629-4939.

We accept Medicaid & Private Insurance.

    Bereavement Class
Pat Landis, M.S. leads our Bereavement Classes. Grief is a challenging, emotional journey that is unique to each person. At times, the griever may feel that they are all alone and that no one wants to hear about his or her experiences. We are here to say, "You don’t have to grieve alone!” Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care provides this free support group. The group is led by knowledgeable, understanding, professionals who will help support and guide you through the grief process.

    Reiki by Rhonda
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduc-tion and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki energy allows the muscles to relax and increases blood flow to treated areas, which in turn quickens the healing process. Reiki helps reduce stress, headaches, insomnia, upset stomach, sprains, and many other conditions. Reiki also promotes psychological healing, including release of anger, fear, worry, sadness and other unhealthy feelings, & replaces them with self-worth, confidence and tranquility.
