EXERCISE CLASSES
  • STRETCH & MOVE: This class will meet: 8:30 a.m. on the above dates. This 60-minute class will emphasize stretching, cardio-vascular exercise, and strength training using resistance bands and fun mu-sic. Each class requires a $3 NSC fitness ticket.

  • GENTLE EXERCISE: This class will meet: 9:45 a.m. on the above dates. This 45-minute class will include stretching, light resistance, and gentle exercises. *NSC fitness tickets may be purchased at the front desk. Discounts are available.
DIABETES EDUCATION CLASSES
Learn How To Help prevent health complications, Improve you blood sugar reading, Improve diabetes self-management, Help understand the value of communication. FREE to all Members

LINE DANCING
Fun and exercise all rolled into one. Just sign up at the front desk and come on out and have a boot scootin’ good time. You must register at the front desk. (Sorry, NO WALK-INS)

    • September is Fall Prevention Month; Lisa from Lofland Park will here at 10:00 on the 19th.

    • Mosaic Stained Glass Flower Pot Class will take place here on the 26th at 10:00. All supplies will be provided .
