Homebound Meals

HOMEBOUND MEALS program provides balanced, hot meals to home bound persons. Some receive cold meals so that they will have food available in the evening or weekends also.

These meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen and delivered to eligible seniors. We are the "Hometown Provider" of home-delivered meals for the Seaford zip code.

We provide this service for Medicaid waiver clients as well as those who are "Private Pay" or who are paying themselves. Please speak to our outreach specialist to see how we can create a plan that works best for you or your loved one.
We deliver up to (7) nutritious meals a week. We deliver three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to eligible individuals who live within the Seaford zip code. If you or someone you know is eligible for our Homebound Meal Program, call us at 629-4939.

We accept Medicaid & Private Insurance.
